If Obama is for it, Mitt Romney is against it

“It isn’t fair to say Mitt Romney doesn’t have a position on Afghanistan,” Kerry said. “He has every position. He was against setting a date for withdrawal — then he said it was right — and then he left the impression that maybe it was wrong to leave this soon. He said it was ‘tragic’ to leave Iraq, and then he said it was fine. He said we should’ve intervened in Libya sooner. Then he ran down a hallway to run away from the reporters asking questions. Then he said the intervention was too aggressive. Then he said the world was a ‘better place’ because the intervention succeeded. Talk about being for it before you were against it!”

Mitt Romney scores endorsement of General Admiral Aladeen of Wadiya

Along with the illustrious Ted Nugent, Mitt Romney now has the endorsement of General Admiral Aladeen, Dictator of Wadiya. Aladeen said in a press conference, “Mitchell Romney . . .has the makings of a great dictator. He is incredibly wealthy but pays no taxes. And it’s not much of a leap to go from firing people to firing squads.”

Romney campaign spokesman Ryan Williams responded, “While we don’t agree with every one of Dictator Aladeen’s remarks, we stand by his right to his opinions and are appreciative of all the support he has shown to Governor Romney.”

Ok, I admit that Williams never actually said that. But it sure sounds like the kind of wishy-washy statement Romney would issue.

Does the FBI use foreign governments to torture American citizens?

It seems that, under Obama, the US has outsourced its torture jobs. And we’re no longer just torturing foreign nationals, now we torture American citizens, too. Maybe Sarah Palin had a point when she asked “How’s that hope-y, change-y thing working out for you?”

Secret Service agents patronized prostitutes — caught because they wouldn’t pay!

Hard to believe . . . 11 Secret Service agents fly to Columbia in advance of Obama’s visit, check into a hotel and order up an exaltation of prostitutes. Then one decides NOT TO PAY. We, here at BiteMe.ME, are models of rectitude and believe that one who does not pay for services rendered can BITE ME.

Anyway, the wronged prostitute went to the police, the police sent a report to the embassy, the embassy reported to Washington, and the agents wound up in a world of hurt.

Ronald Kessler, called by the Daily News ‘one of the leading experts on the Secret Service’ said . . . “Number one, it is against basic ethics to go to a prostitute, [n]umber two, it is incredibly embarrassing to the White House. And number three, [i]t could leave them open to blackmail and a possible assassination attempt.” We’re not experts on the Secret Service, but we would have made Number one, “Pay your bills, asshole.”

One thing still bothers us here at BiteMe Central: How did Pete King, a man obsessed with bringing down President Obama, get this story before we did? Does he have covert sources in the Secret Service or maybe in Columbia?

Would Keystone pipeline really help US consumers? Go ahead and guess . . .

“Would TransCanada support US legislation requiring Canadian oil and products refined from it, such as diesel, to be sold only in the United States, asked Rep. Ed Markey (D) of Massachusetts, ‘so that this country realizes all of the energy security benefits your company and others have promised?’

“ ‘No, I can’t do that,’ Mr. Pourbaix said.”

Next time a giant corporation says “trust us,” you tell them, “Bite Me!”
