Restaurant owner given a pass by Attorney General Schneiderman

According to the Daily News, Paul Hurley, owner of Desmond’s Steakhouse and Grill, failed to pay $100,000 in wages to over 50 workers.

Maybe next time he won’t get caught and can just keep the money. Or maybe Schneiderman can just Bite Me!
