According to the Daily News, Paul Hurley, owner of Desmond’s Steakhouse and Grill, failed to pay $100,000 in wages to over 50 workers.

So, did tough-talking NY Attorney General Eric Schneiderman make sure that Hurley spent some quality time in the slammer? Nah. All Hurley has to do is pay the money he should have paid in the first place.

Maybe next time he won’t get caught and can just keep the money. Or maybe Schneiderman can just Bite Me!
