Philadelphia teachers barred from administering their students’ tests

Sometime in the last year, I saw part of a business ethics conference on television. A guy from PwC said something to the effect of “If I told my team that they would be rewarded for billing 1500 hours [a year], some might cheat. If I told them they would risk losing their jobs if they didn’t bill 1500 hours, they’d all cheat.”

Well, guess that’s happening now that teachers risk losing their jobs if their students don’t test well.
