On Nov. 7 Mayor de Blasio will pump the city’s brakes to 25 mph in an effort to save lives. We might lose a few to road rage in the transition, but come Friday, it’s the law.

It’s time to repeal those laws that make Pete and me mad. The world will be a better and safer place because of it.
